Report a Problem
Found a bug in Aeolian Wind Drone, or thought of something it should do? Tell us here — no account, no sign-in, nothing to install. Every report goes straight to a person.
Before you send
It is worth a quick look at the already-reported issues — if yours is there, you will see whether a fix is already on the way. You do not need an account to read it.
Your privacy
- This form is delivered by email to support@daihamu.com through a form-relay service. From there it is triaged automatically, and genuine reports are published on our public tracker without a person reading them first — so please write the summary, description and steps as though they will be public, because they will be. Your email address is the one field that is never published.
- The diagnostics block contains your plugin version, build and format, DAW host name, operating system, CPU and memory, sample rate and block size, and the current patch (every control value and the raw plugin state). It contains no personal files, no licence key and no account details — you can read the whole block before you paste it.
- The email field is optional. Without it we simply cannot reply.
- The plugin itself never connects to the internet. This page is the only place anything is sent, and only when you press Send report.
What happens next
Your report is triaged automatically and filed on our
public tracker so you can follow
along — no account needed to read it. Newly filed reports carry an unreviewed
label until a maintainer has confirmed them, so you can tell the two apart. When a fix ships
we note the version on the issue and in the release notes.
Two things are held back from automatic filing and reach a person privately instead: anything that looks like a security issue, and anything the triage could not confidently make sense of. If you are reporting a vulnerability, please use SECURITY.md rather than this form.
Something else?
Questions about a purchase, refund or licence key go to the store you bought from. Security vulnerabilities should not go through this page or the public tracker — follow our security policy to report privately. See the Support page for the full picture.
